Activities of Orrisa Brnch _ Withdrawal of the Recruitment procedure for GDSBPM / Other GDS devised as per the decission of CMC in Odisha Circle

All India Association of Inspectors and Asst. Supdt. of Posts, Odisha Circle Branch had urged for withdrawal of the Recruitment procedure for GDSBPM/Other GDS, devised as per the decision of the CMC meeting held on 20.04.2012 and communicated vide C.O. letter No.EST/1-3/19/GDS/2010 dated 26.04.2012. A kind reference is invited to this office letter of even no. dated 26.04.2012 wherein additional guidelines on recruitment of GDS BPM/Other GDS were prescribed in addition to the existing Directorate guidelines. In this connection I am directed to intimate that the additional guidelines issued by this office are withdrawn with immediate effect. Recruitment of GDS in all cadres will have to be done in accordance with DG’s instructions. You are further requested to circulate this among all concerned including the sub-appointing units/IPs & ASPs for their information.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
