Subject : Regarding Break of Adhoc
arrangement made in ASP cadre and further adhoc promotion.
Consequent upon the
completion of Six months in respect of the following officers promoted to ASP
cadre on adhoc basis, the Competent Authority has ordered break of three days
and further adhoc promotion for next 6 months or less period till the date of
retirement on superannuation or till further orders or till joining of the
regular incumbent, if posted vice them whichever is earlier w.e.f. the dates as
noted against each :-

2. All other conditions prescribed for
adhoc promotion as mentioned in initial appointment orders issued by this
office, will be applicable in respect of these officers.
3. In case any disciplinary/ criminal
case is pending against any of the above mentioned officers, the orders issued
vide this memo should not be given effect and a report may be sent to this
office immediately.
4. Further necessary action for
fixation of pay in respect of these officers from time to time may be taken by
respective DDOs.
5. Charge report should be submitted to
all concerned.
6. This issues with the approval of the
Chief Postmaster General, U.P. Circle Lucknow.
