CAT Allahabad Bench decision in OA No. 1127 of 2012 regarding grant of permission to appear in the IPO examination 2012 notwithstanding the penalty of censure

The policy of denial of candidature in the Departmental examination  on account of having been penalized with even censure has faced a major setback as the CAT Allahabad bench has passed the decision OA No. 1127 of 2012, Priyanka Srivastava Vs UOI on 24.08.12 and henceforth allowed the applicant to appear in the IPO examination 2012 .
