Kindly submit your views regarding eligibility criterion of PS group B exam ( IPO + 4200), within a week positivly.

Payment of special allowance to ASPOs working in Circle/ Regional Office as well as in Directorate.

 Please comment on this matter for submission before committee constituted at directorate 

Subject- Regarding payment of special allowance to Assistant Supdt. Of Post Offices working in Circle/ Regional Office as well as in Directorate.

                Kindly refer to Dte. Letter no. 1-3/2009/PAP dated 08-02.2010 under which, all APMGs/ Assistant Directors working in Regional Offices /Circle Office are entitled for a special allowance due to their arduous nature of work.

                In this context, it is to mention here that the incumbents posted on the post of Assistant Supdt. Of Post Offices in Regions/ Circle Office and as well as in Directorate assist to Assistant Director/ Director and as well as to Chief PMG/PMG in following respect-

                Besides above,  the Assistant Supdt. Of Post Offices are also performing different work like monitoring, examination of proposal/files and Cases/ Claim and appeal / petition etc. The work of Assistant  Supdt. Of Post Offices are similar nature and fully linked with Assistant Directors in Regional Office/ Circle Office and it is also arduous nature of work.

                The Cadre is also declare as group ‘B’ Gazetted since 2005; therefore due allowance are also given to the cadre as per norms prescribed in pay & allowance of the Department.

                It is requested to you that kindly consider the approval of special allowance to ASPOSs working in the Circle Office/ Regional Office on the same pattern to Assistant Directors.
