accept the conditions laid down in rule.38 of P&T Man Vol.IV as amended
from time to time.
(ii)

ready to rank junior to all officials including the temporary officials also
working in the new division/Circle.

will not claim any TA/TP.
(iv)
I
will have not claim to come back to my parent division/Circle for the reasons
that I held my lien there.
(v)
I
will have to forgo all claims for confirmation in my old unit even if permanent
vacancy was available or become available because of retrospective permanency
to confirmation against such a post in my old unit.
(vi)
I
will after transfer to a new unit be eligible for confirmation in the new unit
only according to my position in the gradation list of the unit.
(vii)
I am
also ready to rank junior including the approved candidate on the date of issue
of orders.
