Respected Madam,
To,
The Director General,
Department of Posts,
Dak Bhavan, New Delhi 110 001.
Subject : Withdrawal of Cluster Transfer Policy adopted in Tamil Nadu Circle in respect of
IPs / ASPs Cadre. .
Respected Madam,
The 37th All India Conference of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents, Posts was held at Bangalore on 28th and 29th January 2012 and above subject was discussed in detail. After discussion, following resolution was passed unanimously by All India Conference.
“All India Conference resolved to urge the Secretary (Posts) to give immediate direction to Chief PMG Tamil Nadu Circle to withdraw the Cluster Transfer Policy being adopted in the Circle for IPs and ASPs which is causing much resentment among the members of Tamil Nadu Circle.”
It is therefore requested to kindly issue necessary instructions in the above captioned resolution to the Chief PMG, Tamil Nadu Circle to withdraw the Cluster Transfer Policy adopted in her Circle in respect of IPs and ASPs, as no such policy has been adopted in any other circle and no instructions have been issued by the Department on the subject.
We hope that an early action will be taken by the Department.
Yours sincerely,
(Vilas Ingale)
General Secretary
