Kindly refer to Directorate’s communication No. 4-7/MACPS/2009-PCC dated 18 Sep 2009 ; 24 & 29 Sep 2009 circulated vide this office endorsement No. Estt./X-1759/MACPS/2009/1 dated 25.09.09, 01.10.09 & 05.10.09 on the subject cited above.

          The case of financial up gradation under MACP Scheme, in respect  of such officials of Inspector of Posts/ ASP cadre completing 10,20 or 30 years of service in the cadre/ grade of your Region/ Unit (up to 31st March 2013) may kindly be forwarded along with the Special report, Photocopies of CR for preceding 05 years since the due date of MACP (duly attested), and the Certificate of Vigilance clearance in respect of the officer.

          The cases of financial up gradation under MACP scheme, may kindly be assessed in Regional offices/ Divisional offices concerned, prior to sending it to the Circle Office, and the MACP cases of eligible officials only, may be forwarded to this office, for further consideration by the Screening Committee.

          It is requested that the desired information may kindly be arrange to submit to this office within 07 days positively. It is further requested that if any of the official who was due for ACP placement till 31.08.08, the same may also be immediately reported to this office for taking further action at this end.
