The quarterly meeting of the association was held on 01.09.2012 in the committee hall of the circle office UP Lucknow. It was presided by Col. Sri Kamlesh Chandra Hon’ble CPMG UP Circle Lucknow.
Sri Prabhakar Tripathi, Circle President and Sri Komal Singh, Circle Secretary represented the association. The items/ agenda of the discussion and reply was as under :

Sanction of the PLI incentive according to the business procured by the inspectors/ ASPs has not been done. The actual business has been overlooked by the circle office.

The incentive has been sanctioned according to the data fed in the system. The correct schedules from the HOs have not been received. The Hon’ble CPMG assured of getting the procured business reconciled and of taking the corrective action.

The assistance of one PA for monitoring of CBS work be made available to all sub divisions.

The association was asked to raise this issue with the Dte. Sri Komal Singh suggested the concerned regions/ divisions to assist with the services of system managers with the CBS monitoring.

The letters dtd. 14.05.2012 and 14.07.2012 of the Circle Secretary were neither replied nor taken up any action.

The action has been taken in respect of
1. Sri Kanchan Singh has been posted in Bareilly region on 26.06.2012.
2. The issue of opening of postal dispensary Agra has been persuaded with the PMG Agra for onwards action on 29.05.2011.
3. The matter regarding payment of office rent to SDIs/ ASPs in Agra region has been forwarded to the PMG Agra on 23.07.2012.
4. The tenure of system managers has been fixed for 2 years vide orders dtd. 15.06.2012.

Suitable space for circle association be provided at circle head quarter for smooth functioning of the association activities.

On availability of suitable space it will be considered.

Besides the above Sri Komal Singh Circle Secretary attracted the kind attention of Hon’ble chairman for sympathetic recommendation of the inter circle transfer cases of Sri Rajesh Kumar, Agra region, B. Joseph, Lucknow region to postal directorate. The Hon’ble chairman assured to consider the cases as per rules.
