Notification 

Under the provisions of article 25 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts, it is hereby notified that the biennial 38th All India Conference of the Association will be held at Ahmedabad on 7^th and 8^th February, 2014.

Venue : Hotel Neelkant Blue, Near Income Tax Office, Opp. Navjeevan Press, Behind C.U.Shah College, Ahmedabad 380014. 

Agenda :  

1. Confirmation of the minutes of 37^th Biennial Conference held at Bangaluru on 28^th and 29^th January 2012.

2. Approval of Annual Report of CHQ for the period from 28/1/2012 to 6/2/2014.
3. Approval of audited accounts of CHQ for the period from 28/1/2012 to      6/2/2014.
4.  Subject matters for debate/discussion and decision thereon.
(a) Seventh Pay Commission.

(b) CAT case Ernakulam Bench.

(c) Merger of ASP cadre with PS Gr. B cadre.

(d) Cadre restructuring of Inspector Posts cadre.

(e) Regular promotions to P.S. Gr. B.
(f)  LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of P.S. Gr. B.

(g)  LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of Senior Postmaster.
(h) Re-organisation of Sub Divisions.

Under the provisions of article 30 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent Posts, it is hereby notified that the pre-conference Central Working Committee meeting of the Association will be held at Ahmedabad on 07^th February 2014 at 08.00 hours.

Venue   : Hotel Neelkant Blue, Near Income Tax Office, Opp. Navjeevan Press, Behind C.U.Shah College,Ahmedabad 380014.
