Settlement of fee bill of Additional Solicitor General, Allahabad  Delhi High Court Panel  Engagement of Counsel on behalf of Union of India - regarding  Review of existing panel counsel and interaction with advocates for their inclusion in the Govt. Panel Revision of fee payable to Group 'A'. 'B' and 'C' Panel Counsel in Supreme Court Revision of fee payable to Senior Panel Counsels in various High Courts/CAT Benches (excluding the High Courts of Bombay and Calcutta) Revision of fee payable to Panel Counsels of High Courts as well as CATs of Bombay and Calcutta Revision of fee payable to Standing Covernment Counsel and Additional Standing Covernment Counsel in the District and Subordinate Courts

Revision of fee payable to Central Government Standing Counsel /Panel Counsel, Delhi High Court, Asstt. Solicitors General/Central Government Counsel of various High Courts (including Panel Counsel of various CAT, Benches) excluding the High Courts of Bombay and Calcutta.

Revision of fee payable to Senior/Junior Panel Counsel for conducting the  Arbitration Cases on behalf of the Central Government before the Arbitrators in Delhi/New Delhi and other places inside the country.

Non-insistence of CoD approval for pursuing litigation by PSU or Govt Departments.
