Adhoc promotion/Allotment/Reallotment of Region in P.S. Group B cadre.

Subject: - Adhoc promotion/Allotment/Reallotment of Region   in P.S. Group B cadre.

PART-A

                    The Chief Postmaster General, U.P.Circle, Lucknow has ordered promotion of following officers of ASP Cadre  in P.S. Group ‘B’ cadre on adhoc basis on Circle Level arrangement in  the Pay Scale of Rs.9300-34,800/- with a Grade Pay Rs.4800/- for a maximum period of  6 months or till the date of retirement on superannuation, or till further orders or regular arrangement is made whichever is earlier with effect from the date of assumption of the charge.  Allotment of Regions in PS Group B Cadre is  as under :-

3.	B.C.Dixit, ASP Bijnore	Bareilly	Lucknow	Against vacancy occurring due to reallotment of Shri R.K.Tiwari, Dy. SPOs Lucknow Division  to Agra  Region.
4.	R.L.Rajbhar, ASP/Postmaster Varanasi Cantt. H.O.	Allahabad	Gorakhpur	Against vacancy occurring  due to vacant post of SPOs Gonda or downgraded post of SSRM ‘G’ Division, Gorakhpur.

(1)                               In case any disciplinary /criminal case is pending against the above mentioned Officers  promoted on adhoc basis or any punishment is current against them, they should not be relieved and a report may be sent to this office immediately.

(2)                               The adhoc promotion of the above mentioned Officers is purely on temporary basis and on Circle Level arrangement and same will not bestow upon them any claim for their regular appointment in P.S.Group B cadre. The services rendered on adhoc basis will not count for the purpose of promotion to higher Grade or seniority in P.S.Group B cadre. The Competent Authority may terminate the adhoc arrangement at any time without assigning any reasons therefor. 

(3)                               Adhoc promotion will also be governed under the condition of DOPT OM No. 11012/9/86-Estt.(A) dated 24.12.86.

PART B

                    The Chief Postmaster General UP Circle,Lucknow has ordered reallotment of Regions   in respect of following officers  in PS Gr. ‘B’ Cadre as under:

                                    The Chief P.M.G. has further ordered posting of the officers  in Lucknow Region as under:-

 (5)                              The Postmaster General  Agra,  Gorakhpur   will issue posting orders of the officers allotted to their    Regions .

(6)                               Shri H.G.Verma, ASP Varanasi(West) now promoted in PS Group B Cadre will be relieved in such a way that he  will take over the charge of Sr. Postmaster Chowk H.O. Lucknow on 31.10.2012 afternoon or thereafter.

(7)                           Charge report should be sent to all concerned.
